Moving Day {Toronto Family Photographer}

Saying goodbye to a home can be difficult at times, especially when they have so much character and charm like this one. Obviously its not the charm of the house, the squeaky floor boards or the key hole that always gets jammed that will be missed. Its the moments in and around them, newlyweds taking the first big steps together ('jumping the broom') bringing your first born baby home from the hospital, and even those spontaneous times when you are out shopping and a downpour of rain comes from nowhere and your soaking wet, then you leave the groceries in the car for later and snuggle with the kids with some hot cocoa to warm up…… Those are the best ones, those are my favourite memories.

I was thrilled when Amanda contacted me to do photos in the house before they moved, I suggested doing the shoot with the house empty if the timing was right, gladly it was!
